Final pricing may be adjusted if, during the course of work, conditions are discovered that were not visible or known at the time of the original estimate (such as hidden deck damage). Any such adjustments will be communicated and documented before additional work proceeds, consistent with applicable contracting regulations.
Unless otherwise indicated, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, photographs of completed projects, and the overall design — is owned by or licensed to Luxora Roof LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
